2010 DeMarini the Flame

DeMarini continues to pave the way to success with its revolutionary sports equipment. The Flame’s technology surpasses its competition by being the type of bat that doesn’t skimp on performance or durability. Its single piece composite design makes use of the Evolution Composite Technology on the barrel. The Positack Grip improves the Flame’s level of comfort and the rotation index helps keep the bat up to speed by breaking it in faster. The clutch end cap and knob helps transfer energy appropriately so that players won’t feel the sting of too much vibration. Approved by the USSSA, NSA, ISF, ISA and ASA Championship Play, the 2010 DeMarini the Flame Slow Pitch Softball Bat is one of the best single piece models money can buy. Great opportunities abound the “Bluejean Warrior” with this product. The Flame is a wise choice for players who want their sports equipment to last.

Review of the 2010 DeMarini the Flame Slow Pitch Softball Bat

This is one Flame that won’t burn out quickly! DeMarini has made some great products in the past but this bat takes the cake. Lightweight and easy to hold onto, the Positack Grip makes swinging easy with this solid piece of sports equipment. Backed by the USSSA, NSA, ISF, ISA and ASA Championship Play, no one will dispute that the Flame is high quality.

Although it takes some time getting used to, the bat does have a couple of negatives. First of all, it vibrates a lot which can be very uncomfortable for some players. Secondly, it doesn’t whip smoothly which can cause unnecessary pain for the long ball hitter.

The positives definitely outweigh the negatives as I have quickly learned. The Rotation Index is a great feature and should be included on every bat, not just the ones made by DeMarini. With record speed, I have broken my bat in just the way that I like it and it didn’t take me near as long as it has in the past. I also like the Flame’s overall design. It is very attractive to look at and was one of the first bats I was drawn to in the store.
